The SpringBoard Bursary Foundation

SpringBoard transforms the lives of disadvantaged children through full bursaries at state and independent boarding schools .

  

We help children to:

  • raise their aspirations
  • reach their full potential
  • lead confident, thoughtful and satisfying lives.

 

Our work

We work with our partners to find eligible pupils. We’re looking for those who would really gain from our help: it’s not about finding the most gifted.

We work with accredited boarding schools to match each pupil to the right school for them.

We make sure each pupil receives high quality help and support, year round.

We encourage pupils to spread the word about their experiences and to inspire their siblings and friends.

We increase social mobility by widening educational opportunities.

On 1 July, SpringBoard will merge with the Royal National Children's Foundation (RNCF) to create the UK's biggest boarding school bursary charity.
