Patrick Smulders

Patrick Smulders is Managing Partner of Freshstream Capital.  He was previously Managing Director of TowerBrook. Prior to the formation of TowerBrook, Patrick was a Senior Managing Director at Soros Private Equity. Previously, he was a founding Partner and Managing Director at Doughty Hanson.

Patrick earned his A.B. from Harvard College and received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Patrick serves as a Trustee for the Horizon Foundation.
